TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 30 October 2008 from Standard Life Investments Limited in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5. A disposal of shares on 29 October 2008 gives a total interest of 15,446,038 ordinary shares representing 11.72% of the issued share capital of the Company. The controlled undertaking through which the voting rights are effectively held is Standard Life Investments Limited.
