The Company received notification on 23 April 2010 that Apsley Estates Limited had sold 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
As a result of the transaction outlined above Apsley Estates Limited has a total interest in 645,300 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 2.64 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
