Eastern European Property Fund Limited ("the Company")
Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 12 December 2008 that Spearpoint Limited ("Spearpoint"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 3,152,821 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 16.26% of the shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 1,270,321 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.55% of the issued share capital, are held on behalf of customers of Spearpoint on a discretionary managed basis.
In addition, Spearpoint has a discretionary mandate over a further 375,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.93% of the issued share capital, which are not registered in Secure Nominees Limited
