Oxford Biomedica PLC20 April 2006 Oxford BioMedica plc (the "Company") Holdings in Company The Company was notified on 20 April 2006 by Calyon Corporate and InvestmentBank that following recent purchases, on 19 April 2006 Credit Agricole CheuvreuxInternational Ltd had an interest in 48,708,932 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p ordinaryshares. This represents approximately 9.75% of the current issued share capitalof the Company. These shares are registered in the name of Credit Agricole CheuvreuxInternational Ltd.
