Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 26 January 2011 it received the following notification from Liontrust Investment Partners Limited ("Liontrust") in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
As of 25 January 2011, Liontrust had a total interest in the Company of 8,895,128 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.03% of the Company's issued share capital, being 55,487,591 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
