Holdings in the Company
2ergo announces that the Company was informed today that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries have a beneficial interest in 4,396,925 ordinary shares, representing 13.53% of the issued share capital of the Company. 4,298,485 (13.22%) of these shares are held directly and 98,440 (0.31%) are held indirectly.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 32,506,694.
