The Company was notified today that National Grid UK Pension Scheme now holds a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company amounting to 3,000,000 ordinary shares representing 3.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified on 25 February 2011 that Brewin Dolphin Limited now holds 4,124,919 ordinary shares representing 4.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
