ASOS PLC31 January 2006 ASOS plc ("ASOS" or "the Company") Holdings in Company ASOS was notified on 30 January 2006 that Fidelity International Limited, andits direct and indirect subsidiaries, have acquired non-beneficial interests ina further 625,159 ordinary shares in the Company and now hold a total of9,419,518 ordinary shares, which represent approximately 13.13 per cent. of theentire issued share capital of the Company. These notifiable interests alsocomprise the notifiable interest of Mr Edward C Johnson 3d, a principalshareholder of Fidelity International Limited.
