ASOS PLC12 August 2005 ASOS plc ("ASOS" or "the Company") Holding in Company ASOS was advised on 11 August 2005 that Fidelity International Limited hasacquired 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company and now holds a total of5,792,900 ordinary shares, which represent approximately 8.07 per cent. of theentire issued share capital of the Company. Of the total shareholding notified, 4,897,100 ordinary shares are held in thename of JP Morgan, Bournemouth, 36,900 ordinary shares in the name of BrownBrothers Harriman and Co, 732,200 ordinary shares in the name of Brown BrosHarrimn Ltd Lux and 126,700 ordinary shares in the name of Clydesdale Bank plc.
