Braemar Shipping Services plc (the "Company")
Purchase by Employee Share Trust
The Company has been notified that the Braemar Shipping Services plc Employee Share Option Plan (the "ESOP") acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 August 2008 at a price of 495 pence per share. Accordingly, the ESOP now holds 704,614 ordinary shares in Braemar Shipping Services plc, representing 3.36 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
