On 23 April 2013, the Company received notification that, as of 19 April 2013, UBS Investment Bank held directly a beneficial interest in 186,954,596 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), consisting of 95,883,472 Ordinary Shares and equity swaps over 91,071,124 Ordinary Shares with maturities on 1 April 2016 and 1 April 2019, representing 10.3% of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
