Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 11 September 2008 that following a transaction on 09 September 2008 Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway) has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 19,776,046 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 3.01% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
