EIH has received notification from Weiss Asset Management LP ("Weiss") that the percentage shareholdings of two private investment funds, Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund, a Cayman Islands company, and Brookdale International Partners, L.P., a New York Limited Partnership, are now as follows:

Brookdale International Partners, L.P. | 3,493,600 | 5.42% |
The investments of both funds are managed by Weiss; Weiss does not hold any interest in EIH's shares on its own behalf.
