On 28 February 2013, the Company received notice from Resource Capital Fund V L.P. that it had acquired 23,750,000 Nyota ordinary shares on 27 February 2013.

Following this acquisition, Resource Capital Fund V L.Pnow holds 83,309,358 Nyota ordinary shares representing approximately 11.6 per cent of the Company's issued share capital of 755,800,903 ordinary shares.
