VOG was notified on 17 December 2008 by GLG Partners LP that its direct and indirect holding in the ordinary shares of the Company was 4.94% of the issued ordinary share capital.
The Company's capital consists of 447,628,117 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is 447,628,117.
