Holding in the Company
LonZim (AIM: LZM), which was established for the principal purpose of making investments in Zimbabwe and the Beira corridor in Mozambique, announces that it was informed on 22 August 2008 that, on 19 August 2008, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited was interested in 5,998,048 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 16.45 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
