The Company was informed on 22 June 2009 that, following its acquisition of ordinary shares in connection with the placing which became effective on 22 June 2009, Hargreave Hale Limited holds 100,000,000 ordinary shares on behalf of discretionary clients which represents approximately 14.72% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
