Manpower Software PLC02 May 2008 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES The Company has received notification that, on 30th April 2008, GartmoreInvestment Limited acquired 533,760 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") inthe Company. As a result: Gartmore Fund Managers Limited now holds 3,514,524 Ordinary Shares, representing7.86% of the Company's issued share capital; Gartmore Investment Limited holds 4,116,268 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.21%of the Company's issued share capital. The combined Gartmore holding is therefore 7,630,792 Ordinary Shares,representing 17.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
