TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 25 November 2011 that on 22 November 2011, Deutsche Bank AG were interested in 9,423,744 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 9,423,474 Shares (4.05%) and an indirect interest in 270 Shares of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.

This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights from the previously announced holding of 7,555,644 (3.25%) shares, announced on 14 November 2011.
