The Company was notified on 18 October 2016, that on 14 October 2016, Mr Alex Sharp acquired 2,143,198 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (“Shares”). Following this acquisition of Shares, Mr Alex Sharp now holds 27,643,198 Shares representing 3.86% of the Company‘s issued share capital.
