Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

On 2 December 2014, the Company received a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund, Worldview Special Situations Fund, Worldview Special Opportunities Master Fund, Worldview International Management Limited and Worldview Capital Management SA (together, "Worldview Capital"), stating that Worldview Capital has an interest in 56,903,000 ordinary shares, representing 26.58% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The notification also disclosed that on 1 December 2014 the voting rights agreement entered into between Worldview Capital Management SA and Mr Lars Bader, as announced on 16 October 2014 and which entitled Worldview Capital Management SA to exercise voting rights over 7,773,532 ordinary shares held by Mr Bader, had been terminated.

Therefore, Worldview Capital now controls voting rights over 56,903,000 ordinary shares, representing 26.58% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a total of 214,094,301ordinary shares in issue.
