Notice of dealings in ordinary shares in OJSC TransContainer

23 November 2010 - Moscow, TD Investments Limited has notified OJSC TransContainer of its acquisition of 17.04% of OJSC TransContainer's ordinary shares on 11 November 2010, and its subsequent disposal of 15.33% of OJSC TransContainer's ordinary shares on 12 November 2010, bringing its shareholdings to 1.71%.
