Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC ("Plethora" or the "Company", AIM : PLE), the specialist developer of products for the treatment and management of urological disorders, was notified on 17 December 2008 that Gartmore Investment Limited is now interested in 1,811,311 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.8% per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
