Ashley House plc (the "Company")
Significant share holding
On 7 December 2009 the company was informed, pursuant to the acquisition of Sapphire Primary Care Developments ("SPCD") and the placing of 2,387,000 shares announced on 20 November 2009, Aviva plc and its subsidiaries now has an interest in the Company representing approximately 10.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Aviva plc and its subsidiaries have increased their interest to 5,579,485 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.
