MITIE Group PLC11 October 2006 11 October 2006 MITIE Group PLC ('MITIE') Notification of substantial shareholding On 11 October 2006, MITIE received notification that FMR Corp. and FidelityInternational Limited and their direct and indirect subsidiaries have notifiablenon-beneficial interests in 32,569,376 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in MITIE,which represents 10.46% of the issued share capital of MITIE. This is a decreaseof 9,858,520 shares in their holding since their last notification.
