Notification of Interest
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules Cluff has today received the following notification of current interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:
On 25 November 2008 Equinox Partners LP acquired 4,622,600 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company.
Accordingly Equinox Partners LP now has an interest in 4,622,600 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 4.78% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and 4.78% of the total voting rights in the Company. Mason Hill Advisors LLC, as the investment management to Equinox Partners LP, is deemed to also have a voting interest in respect of 4,622,600 Ordinary Shares and 4.78% of the total voting rights in the Company.
