Regal was notified on 15 November 2010 by Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd, that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 November 2010, it has an interest in 12,735,413 of the Regal's Ordinary Shares, representing 4.00 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
