24 April 2007 Corero Plc ("Corero" or the "Company") Holding in Company
Further to the announcement made on 3 April 2007, the Company announces that it has been notified that, following the issue of 1,358,525 ordinary shares arising from the earnout of Blue Curve, equivalent to 2.98 per cent of the total voting rights of Corero, TriVest VCT now holds 2,946,707 ordinary shares, equivalent to 6.47 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
