Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: CRAW), announces that on 3 February 2012 it received notification that, following the disposal of 505,379 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 February 2012, Schroders plc now has an indirect interest, represented by shares held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients of Schroder Investment Management Limited, in 10,544,543 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.24% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
