This announcement replaces announcement 1482O of 23 June 2010. The purchase of the 29.12% of the shares in issue of Cadogan Petroleum plc by Shon Invest SA on 22 June 2010 was incorrectly registered to that Company by the investors’ agents and should have been registered in the name of SAE Capital Holdings S.A. No other changes have been reflected in this announcement
