Autoclenz has been notified of an amendment to the disclosable interest in theCompany's ordinary shares of 10p each. Following the disposals of 198,770 ordinary shares of 10p each the nonbeneficial holdings of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited and theirrespective direct and indirect subsidiaries amounts to 314,230 shares inaggregate, representing 3.02% of the company's share capital. 198,230 shares areregistered in the name of Mellon Bank NA and the balance of 116,000 shares areregistered in the name of Brown Bros Harrimn Ltd Lux. These notifiable interests also comprise the notifiable interest of Mr Edward CJohnson 3d, a principal shareholder of FMR Corp and Fidelity International Ltd.
