Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") today announces that it has received the following notification from River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP ("RMAM") in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
On 30 March 2009 RMAM acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, as of 31 March 2009 RMAM has a total interest in the Company of 2,762,560 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.11% of the Company's issued share capital, being 54,083,299 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
