iSoft Group PLC14 August 2006 A notification from HSBC Bank plc dated 7 August 2006 in relation to section 202(4) of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Act") has been received by iSOFT Group plc("the Company"). As at close of business on 4 August 2006, of the interest inthe Company previously disclosed by HSBC Bank plc, 7,878,102 shares constitutedinterests under Section 208(5) of the Act. HSBC Holdings plc as HSBC Bank plc's parent company was also interested, byvirtue of Section 203 of the Act, in all of the above mentioned shares.
