iSoft Group PLC11 September 2006 A notification from HSBC Bank plc dated 11 September 2006 in relation to section202(4) of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Act") has been received by iSOFT Groupplc ("the Company"). As at close of business on 8 September 2006, of theinterest in the Company previously disclosed by HSBC Bank plc, 7,234,449 sharesconstituted interests under Section 208(5) of the Act. HSBC Holdings plc as HSBC Bank plc's parent company was also interested, byvirtue of Section 203 of the Act, in all of the above mentioned shares.
