The Company notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lonrho Plc has today informed the Company that Lonrho Plc's interest in the Company remains as 1,160,037,455 shares. As a result of recent equity issued, Lonrho Plc's percentage interest in the Company has been diluted to 40.33%.

The Company further notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, easyGroup Holdings Limited has informed the Company that easyGroup Holdings Limited's interest in the Company has fallen below 3%.
