Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 16th October 2007 that following a transaction on 15th October 2007 MF Global has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 20,908,000 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 3.19% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
