Holdings in Company
Coal of Africa (the "Company") was notified on 7 February 2013 by M&G Investments ("M&G") that following the increase in the issued share capital of the Company, as announced on 4 February 2013, M&G held 160,128,850 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 15.27 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
