19 November 2010 - Moscow, CJSC TransFinGroup Asset Management, trustee of Non-State Pension Fund Blagosostoyanie 14/DU, has notified OJSC TransContainer of its acquisition of 5.20% of OJSC TransContainer's ordinary shares, bringing its shareholdings to 5.20%.
