OTPPB continues to have an economic interest through cash settled contracts for differences (with no voting rights) in a total of 20,250,000 shares in Hammerson plc. Representing 6.986% of the ordinary shares in the Company. This economic interest is over and above the interest in 4% of the ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights attached referred to in this notification.
