The Company received notification on 14 April 2010 from Mrs Andre Marcou that she now has a direct or indirect interest in 385,183 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.78 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 3,939,551 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with the Company holding a further 220,000 shares in treasury.
