Milestone Group PLC05 October 2007 NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ("the Company") announces that it receivednotification on 5 October 2007 that, following transactions on 2 October 2007and 3 October 2007, KBC Peel Hunt Limited now hold 1,727,530 ordinary shares ofthe Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 6.26 per cent ofthe Company's total issued share capital. The Company also announces it has received notification that, following atransaction on 1 October 2007, Mr Antonio Di Natale now holds 1,000,000 ordinaryshares of the Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 3.62per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
