Evolution Group PLC19 December 2007 The Evolution Group Plc TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares 19 December 2007 The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notificationon 19 December 2007 from Deutsche Bank AG under the Disclosure and TransparencyRules ("DTR") of an acquistion of voting rights on 14 December 2007 such thatDeutsche Bank AG, DWS Investment GmbH and Tilney Investment Management were atthat date interested in 14,393,165 (6.45%) ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 13,392,895 or 6.00% and anindirect interest in 1,000,270 or 0.45% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital ofthe Company. This follows the previous announcement on 12 December 2007 of atotal interest by Deutsche Bank AG in 14,044,404 Shares (6.29%).
