Eleco PLC03 December 2007 3 December 2007 Eleco plc (the "Company") Holding in Company The Company was notified on 30 November 2007 that, due to the recent increase inthe number of shares in issue following the acquisition of Milbury SystemsLimited and therefore the Total Voting Rights of the Company, Suffolk LifeAnnuities Limited's percentage holding has crossed the 6% threshold figure fromthe previous announcement on 18 October 2007. Suffolk Life Annuities Limited ("Suffolk") has a legal and beneficial holdingin the Company of 3,422,973 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, representingapproximately 5.70% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital. Theshares held by Suffolk carry direct voting rights. The interests of Mr J.H.B Ketteley, Chairman of the Company, in the above-mentioned holding remain unchanged at 2,585,477 shares and his total beneficialholding in the Company remains at 7,386,530 shares, representing approximately12.32% of the issued share capital.
