EUROPEAN UTILITIES TRUST PLC
The Company has today been informed that as a result of a purchase on 20 December 2006, Utilico Investment Trust plc now has a holding of 1,990,000 European Utilities Trust plc ordinary income shares, representing 21.98% of the issued share capital.
