Kiotech International plc (AIM:KIO) received notification on 15 June 2010, following a disposal of shares in Kiotech, that Williams de Broe Limited decreased their holding to 13,536,333 shares which represents 3.216% of the Company's issued share capital. The Company has been advised that the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares disposed of has not changed.
