Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 12 June 2007 that following a transaction on 6 June 2007 Man Financial Limited has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 19,924,514 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 3.04% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
