Tissue Science Laboratories PLC24 March 2005 Tissue Science Laboratories PLC24 March 2005 DISCLOSURE OF NON MATERIAL INTEREST IN SHARES COMPANIES ACT 1985 (THE "ACT") SECTION 198 At the close of business yesterday, Tissue Science Laboratories PLC (the"Company") received notification, pursuant to Part VI of the Act, from HermesAdministration Services Limited ("Hermes") that, as at 22 March 2005, thenon-material interests of: The Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme; HermesInvestment Management Limited ("HIML"); Hermes Pensions Management Limited("HPML"); Royal Mail Pensions Trustees Limited; and Possfund Custodian TrusteeLtd had, in aggregate, increased to 3,156,822 ordinary shares of 10 pence eachin the capital of the Company, and that such non-material interests represented,in aggregate, 10.768% of the issued share capital of the Company.
