The Company received notice on 8 April 2009 from Legal & General Group PLC, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that it now holds voting rights in respect of shares representing 3.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
