Telit Communications PLC27 September 2007 Telit Communications PLC (the "Company" or "Telit") Holding(s) in Company The Company was informed that Polar Investments Limited ("Polar") has sold3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 72pper share. Following this disposal, Polar holds 5,858,892 ordinary shares in theCompany, representing 13.56% of the issued share capital and total votingrights. Of the 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares sold by Polar, 500,000 were sold to FrancoBernabe & TSL ("FBT"), representing 1.16% of the issued share capital of theCompany. FBT's subsidiary Boostt B.V. ("Boostt") currently holds 12,000,000 OrdinaryShares, representing 27.77% of the issued share capital of the Company. FBT'sparent company FB Net Holding B. V. ("FB Net") holds 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares,representing 2.31% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Oozi Cats, the Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company,currently directly holds 2,800,357 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.48% of theissued share capital of the Company (Mr Cats also holds 50% of Boost). Mr. Cats has certain voting understandings with certain members of the FB Netgroup of companies. Therefore, the FB Net group of companies and Mr. Cats are,in aggregate, currently interested in 16,300,357 Ordinary Shares, representing37.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
