Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") today announces that it has received the following notification from Liontrust Investment Services Limited ("Liontrust") in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
On 19 May 2009, Liontrust acquired 250,000 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, Liontrust's total interest in the Company has increased to 7,121,061 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.17% of the Company's issued share capital, being 54,083,299 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
